Joe Schiavoni, former Ohio Senate Minority Leader and Candidate for the Democratic nomination for Governor of Ohio.

Senator Schiavoni represents Ohio’s 33rd Senatorial District, which includes all of Columbiana and Mahoning Counties. He graduated from Ohio University and Capital Law School. He is known as a strong champion of worker rights and public education. He won the Golden Gloves Boxing Tournament in Youngstown in 1995.
